Services

Discovery & Assessment

In our Discovery & Assessment service we work with our clients to define desired outcomes and review current state business processes and Salesforce configuration. Our assessment considers seven key dimensions: 1. Customer Experience, 2. Business Process, 3. Organizational Structure, 4. User Adoption, 5. Data/Metrics, 6. System Configuration/Customization, 7. Integrations. This service is popular among clients who are feeling stuck in their existing Salesforce org. This service gives clients options for a direction forward, provides transparency and puts control back in the hands of the client where it belongs.

Architecture Services (Fractional Architecture)

In our Architecture service we provide system and process architecture for our clients in order to develop an extensible, user friendly and outcome-focused Salesforce org. This service is popular among clients who:

  • have a team of Salesforce administrators and developers, but not an Architect who specializes in Salesforce best practices and scalability.

  • are feeling stuck with their existing Salesforce org and are struggling to deliver new features and add value.

  • have questions like: How are other companies using Salesforce? How should we be using it that we’re not currently?

Coaching & Training for Salesforce Teams

Oftentimes clients are interested in enabling their Salesforce teams to skill up in areas like: building consulting skills, leading their own initiatives, developing features that users are excited about. Oftentimes this is for clients who have depended on external consultants for help and they’re looking to their internal team to be self sufficient. This services involves defining learning objectives and learning plans, and targeted coaching, training and accountability sessions to build skills and confidence. This service is often coupled with our Architecture service where we work side by side with clients teams to build new features while also doing knowledge transfer on Salesforce best practices, consulting skills and architecture principles.
